Find your interest and what you enjoy!
The great thing about living in a free country, we get to do WHAT we want. Which means, when it comes to exercise, YOU get to choose what you would rather do. Everyone’s different! We all have things that we enjoy and also one’s that we don’t care for. So why do we force ourselves to do workouts that cause us to hate exercise. We should have a love relationship with it and I’m showing you these tips to teach you how.
Exercise Is Not Cookie Cutter
Please do not think that you have to do what everyone else is doing. In the end, if you hate it you WILL quit. I know that from personal experience. The same things don’t work for everyone. I hate running, therefore, I don’t run. There are so many options when it comes to choosing a type of exercise.
- Yoga
- Kickboxing
- Crossfit
- Bootcamps
- Pilates
- Cardio
- Plyometrics
- Dance
- HIIT
- Endurance
- Water aerobics

Research Facilities
Community Centers
Believe it or not, in 2020 there are still community centers. These city centers provide excellent resources for group classes such as Zumba, yoga, water aerobics and other sources of dance classes. Google your city and it’s community center and see what kind of things they offer your town.
College Courses
I personally took Zumba in college. For one credit hour. But hey, I enjoyed it. It was different, fun, it made time pass and I actually got school credit for it. Like are you kidding? I’m TOTALLY down for an hour of dancing to music for exercise, course credit and fun.
Fitness Centers
Places like the YMCA and other large facilities offer numerous group classes. You can find a schedule of all options fairly easily. There’s no excuse not to work out and love doing it when you have every single option AND a shower/locker room to get ready for your next daily task.

Hi Megan!
I just finished re-watching all 3 videos and started reading all three blogs. I have got to say I am super excited for the transformation I feel like I am going to make with your help. I have been longing for a group, community or individual that will help me just START somewhere. I know you said this will eventually turn into a business, which I hope it does because you are great, but finding someone who is so motivational, inspirational and into making a difference is hard to come across… for FREE. Your Vlogs/ Blogs always get me thinking, I even started a notebook to take some notes. I like this step because I WANT to figure out what works for me. I HATE running but I know there are alternatives and I cannot wait to explore them! Thank you for being you and being willing to follow your heart and impact my life!
