This is a list of my absolute favorite products that I would buy again and again. Whether you’re looking for health and fitness, active apparel, personal development or daily use recommendations.. these are the “end all be all” of my go-to’s!
My Favorite Health and Fitness Products:
1. Bobb and Brad Theragun
Most theraguns I’ve found are $300+ and that’s absolutely insane to me. This small handheld massage gun does exactly what all the “big name” brands do for less than 1/4 of the cost.
It has five different attachments to pinpoint different muscle groups, comes with a USB charger for convenience, and includes a carrying case. I keep this handy after rough workouts where my muscles stay over-activated.
2. 321 Strong Foam Roller
Having a standard foam roller is great, too… but this 321 Strong Rigid Foam Roller helps pinpoint knots in tightened muscles. It’s lightweight but penetrates deep into your muscles as you roll across it.
Most people foam roll incorrectly. Once you are rolling a muscle out, stop and keep the pressure for 30 seconds once you feel the pain.
3. Bosu Pro Balance Trainer
The holy grail of fitness. Ask any of my previous clients about this balance trainer. They know it all too well. Lol. The Bosu Pro Balance Trainer is perfect for planks, push-ups, squats, bus drivers, crunches, and more. It is higher on the price scale, but because of the variety of exercises, you can utilize it for… it’s well worth it!!
4. Micro Factor Daily Nutrient Pack
I cannot live with enough energy to get through the day without my Micro Factor. This vitamin pack has six different components combined in one “on-the-go” packet. I throw it in my backpack every morning and take it with my breakfast. It does need to be taken with food.
The six micro factors are:
- Multivitamin
- Antioxidant
- Coq10
- Probiotic
- Essential Fatty Acids (EFA)
- Fruits and Veggies – daily serving
It’s literally like night and day on the days I forget to take it.
5. 1-DB Goddess & Thyro-Drive
There is NO such thing as a magic pill. HOWEVER, in combination with proper nutrition and exercise.. there are supplements used to aid in fat loss. Goddess is a thermogenic and Thyro-Drive stimulates your thyroid to increase your metabolism.
I see tremendous results when I use this duo in addition to being on top of my weekly nutrition and hitting the gym 4-5x a week!
6. Project 1 Pre Workout
All of 1st Phorm’s supplements literally blow me away. But finding a preworkout that gives you the necessary energy you need for a workout, without the overwhelming tingling sensation from an enormous amount of beta-alanine… is like striking gold.
Project 1 contains 350 mg of caffeine and only 20 calories. I never take a full scoop of this. I do about half which gives me half the caffeine and calories, but still an amazing amount of energy. Use per your tolerance discretion.
The Project 1 Pre Workout comes in seven different flavors. Rocket Pop, Candy Burst and Strawberry Pineapple are my favorite.
Check out all the other supplements and vitamins here! I seriously have a pantry full. So whichever you choose, you won’t be steered wrong.
My Favorite Activewear Brands:
I only have three because I’m VERY particular about how fabrics feel and fit.
1. Alo Yoga
Alo Yoga has some of THE best activewear sets and pieces I’ve ever seen. They’re always on trend and their colors are beyond gorgeous. The fabric is so high quality, that it hugs every curve in just the right way. Celebrities like Camilla Cabello, Taylor Swift, Hailey Bieber, and more wear Alo.
2. Ryderwear
OMGGGG. When I say, c-o-m-f-y, I mean it. I had never heard of Ryderwear until my boyfriend was wearing SUPER CUTE pieces and I was like hold the phone…. So I ordered an entire $300 package for myself haha.
I don’t think I’ve ever put on softer pieces of activewear in my life. Almost all of their pieces are squat-proof. If you know me, squat proof is the ONLY way to go, IMO.
Their leggings are so perfectly snug and won’t budge during your workouts. The matching sets are perfect. And their pullover cropped sweaters are so comfy, cute, and reliable during workouts.
3. 1st Phorm
1st Phorm was the first brand I invested money into for activewear. Aside from Gymshark. But between you and me, 1st Phorm’s quality and feel way outshines Gymshark’s stiff attire. Most people rave about GS, but I’d hands down buy the quality of 1st Phorms in a heartbeat.
