The 12 weeks of workouts are divided into lower body, upper body and abs/cardio with an optional hiit cardio workout to add to the end of lower and upper body days. This weekly split is meant to give you a complete body workout so that you only have to exercise 3x a week, if you choose.
The program is divided into weeks 1-4, 5-8 and 9-12 with proper progression to not only build your muscles but to also create overall stability and fat loss.
This program was designed to allow you to be successful at losing fat and gaining muscle while at home or in the gym. You do not need weights or equipment. However, if you have these available at home, add them to your workouts to increase the intensity and outcome of your results.
